Glimpse:
Values are the beliefs individuals have in an organization in which they are emotionally invested (Value, 2010). It gives decision makers a right or wrong feeling in which ethics are built. To derive values from Darwin’s theory of evolution, we must first understand its paradigm. Darwin’s theory of evolution is a descriptive study, not a normative study (Darwinism, 2010). That is it describes evidence for evolution rather than a mechanism for genetic change. It demonstrates all species and plant life are intertwined in an evolutionary process (Darwin, 2010).
