Vacancies and Eligibility
- Junior Assistant
- Vacancies: 207 (126 for Jammu, 81 for Kashmir)
- Required Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university with a certificate in Computer Applications.
- Steno-Typist
- Vacancies: 71 (41 for Jammu, 30 for Kashmir)
- Required Qualification: Graduation with a diploma in shorthand and typewriting. Candidates must have a shorthand speed of 60 WPM and a typing speed of 30 WPM on a computer.
- System Officer
- Vacancy: 1 (Jammu only)
- Required Qualification: MCA, BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering, or M.Sc. IT with 60% aggregate marks. Candidates with BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) qualifications and relevant experience can also apply.
- System Assistant

- Required Qualification: BCA with at least 60% marks and one year of experience or a B.Sc. in Computer Science with relevant post-graduate diplomas.

- Open Merit Candidates: 18 to 40 years
- Reserved Categories: 18 to 43 years
- Physically Challenged: 18 to 42 years
