Assistant Banking Associate / USB Facilitator Recruitment at J&K Bank

[dropcap]J&K[/dropcap] Bank has launched an ambitious project to financially empower all the villages of Leh District through a network of Ultra Small Branches which shall enable effective Financial Inclusion with availability of doorstep banking facilities to the rural population. We are looking for enterprising and dedicated individuals with missionary zeal from Leh-Ladakh region willing to serve the society for socio-economic development of the region.

Applications are invited from the residents of Leh-Ladakh division for Appointment of:

Contractual Assistant Banking Associates and USB Facilitators

Eligibility Criteria for Contractual Assistant Banking Associate

1. Graduate or above.
   (Educational qualifications should be from a recognized University/Institute (UGC/AICTE approved) and the result should have been declared on or before 01.07.2018).
2. 18-30 years of age as on 01.07.2018 (Relaxable up to 5 Years in respect of Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST) and Ex-servicemen).
3. Permanent Resident of Leh-Ladakh division of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
   (The Candidate should possess valid State Subject certificate).

Eligibility Criteria for Contractual USB Facilitator

1. Minimum Qualification- Matriculate; Maximum Qualification- 12th Pass
   (Educational qualifications should be from a recognized Board of Examination and the result should have been declared on or before 01.07.2018).
2. 18-30 years of age as on 01.07.2018 (Relaxable up to 5 Years in respect of Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST) and Ex-servicemen).
3. Permanent Resident of Leh-Ladakh division of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
   (The Candidate should possess valid State Subject certificate).

How to Apply

1. The eligible candidates should apply ON-LINE from 16/07/2018 to 31/07/2018 through bank’s website at www.jkbank.com. There is no other mode of application.
2. Candidates should have a valid personal email id. This email id should be functional till completion of the recruitment process.

Note

1. The placement will be purely on contractual basis for a period of 06 months against consolidated pay. After the completion of the contractual period, absorption in regular cadre or otherwise is subject to performance.
2. The candidates hailing from the villages where Ultra Small Business Units are to be opened shall be preferred (Details available on Bank’s Website).
