Note:- 15% of the Advertised Posts of Panchayat Level Officers for each District are reserved for Candidates having or Worked In Khidmat Centers and/or under Udhaan Scheme.
In case requisite candidates are not found, the Candidates under Open Category shall be selected and appointed against such posts.
1. The Application Form along-with self-attested Photostat copies of Qualification Certificates and Bank Draft of Rs.650/(Non-Refundable) for District Coordinators and Rs.500/(Non-refundable) for Panchayat Level Officer, favoring J&K Dogma Soft Ltd., payable at J&K Bank Ltd., Srinagar, should reach the Head Office situated at Gulshan Hotel SaidaKadal Srinagar by or before 31st March, 2018, and/or by 2nd April, 2018 by Registered/Speed Post.
2. Application Form incomplete in any respect shall be rejected without nay notice. The interview of the eligible candidates for the post/position of District Coordinators shall be held and conducted on 8th of April, 2018 at its head Office at Saida Kadal Srinagar.
In case number of Application for the post of District Coordinator exceeds 500, the Written Test for the purposes of shortlisting of the candidates for Interview purposes shall be conducted, for which dates shall be notified separately in leading Newspapers of the State by or before 5th of April, 2018.
3. The eligible candidates applying for/against the post/position of Panchayat Level Officers shall be subject to Written Test for the purposes of shortlisting, for which dates shall be notified in leading Newspapers of the State. the Interview Test of the eligible candidates found eligible in the Written Test shall be subjected to Interview Test on the date/s and venue/s to be notified in leading Newspapers of the State.
The selection and appointment shall be made strictly on the basis of merit obtained in the Selection process shall be subjected to terms and conditions as Sc/-Director,may be appended with/fixed in the final appointment order.
