Qualification in Details:

Qualification & Experience:

a. Project Management – Degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical / Mechanical. – Candidate should have experience of execution of major projects in the field of Fertilizer/Chemicals/Oil & Gas/ Power/Refinery etc. Candidate should possess fair knowledge of project management activities like – planning, monitoring, procurement & contracting, billing, reporting, followups with vendors/contractors/clients, project cost control & maintenance of project deliverable etc

b. Management Services – Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical/Production/ Industrial Engineering – Candidate should have experience of execution of major projects in the field of Fertilizer/Chemicals/Oil & Gas/ Power/Refinery etc. Candidate should possess fair knowledge of project management activities like – planning, monitoring, procurement & contracting, billing, reporting, followups with vendors/contractors/clients, project cost control & maintenance of project deliverable etc..

c. Process – Engineering Degree in: ChemicalChemical Technology/ Diploma/ITI in Mech – Candidate should have experience in process design, preparation of process flow sheet with heat and mass balance, P&I diagrams, equipment data sheet, process simulation, technical services, hazop study, operation/commissioning, etc. in a Consultancy organisations engaged in Fertilizer/ Oil & Gas/ Refinery/ Petrochemical/ Chemical industry. Must have experience in leading group of process engineers. Candidate having experience in Coal Gasification/Acid & Salt Industry can also apply.

d. Civil – Engineering Degree in: Civil Structural/ Diploma/ITI in Civil – Candidate should have experience in Design of concrete / steel structural works related to Fertilizers/Chemical/Oil & Gas/ Steel/ Power Industries. Experience in Structural Analysis, design by STAAD PRO is essential. Experience in preparation of Technical Specification/ BOQ for construction tenders and design of Machine Foundation will be considered as an added advantage.

e. Civil (Const.) – Engineering Degree in: Civil Structural – Candidate should have experience in Supervision and experience in Quality Assurance in Industrial Projects. He should be well acquainted with Civil & Structural works for piling, pile/open foundation steel and RCC structure, fabrication and erection of Steel Structure. He should have work experience in areas like Fertilizers/ Chemical/ Oil & Gas/ Power Industries

f. Mech. (Piping) – Engineering Degree in:  Mechanical – Candidate should have experience as Lead Piping Engineer in execution of major industrial projects in the field of Fertilizer / Chemicals / Oil & Gas / Power /Refinery/ Petrochemical etc. Candidate must have good working knowledge of following: » Generation of Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Piping General arrangement drawing, supporting isometric drawings, Pipe Support and Spring Schedule. » Stress Analysis in CAESAR – II, Piping & Valve Specification, Piping MTO and Procurement of Piping Materials & Valves. » Candidate should also be conversant with 3DModeling environment. » EPC Engineering experience in large size projects shall be added advantage. » Preparation of ITB for LSTK contract including preparation Piping Design Philosophy and estimating of man hours for the proposed new job. » Exposure of Fired Heater/Reformer shall be added advantage. » Checking of vendor drawings & civil scope drawings.

g. Mechanical (Pressure Vessel) – Diploma/ITI in Mechanical – Candidate should have experience in preparing equipment Layout, Plot Plan, Piping GA drawings, Civil Scope drawings, Nozzle Orientation, platform & ladder drawings, piping study drawings/sketches, Review/checking of vendor drawings. Must have experience of operating drafting software AUTOCAD/ MICRO STATION. Awareness of PDS/PDMS software will be considered as additional qualification

h. Materials Management – Degree in Engineering OR PG Degree/PG Diploma of 2 years duration in management with specialization in Materials Management – Candidate should have experience in Materials Management especially in Procurement of materials / services under International / National competitive bidding, must be conversant with taxes/duties, import & export procedures/policies and should have relevant knowledge of Govt./Statutory rules & regulations, etc.

i. Instrumentation – Engineering Degree in :  Instrumentation & Control  Applied Instrumentation Control Electronics & Instrumentation Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Electronics & Communication  Electronics & Telecommunication – Candidate should have Experience in Sizing of Control Valve, Safety Valve and Flow Elements, Enquiry Specification for Field Instruments, Receiver Instruments, DCS, PLC, ESDS and Erection Materials, Control Room, Equipment Layout inside Control Room, Logic diagram. The candidates should have experience in inspection of field instruments, DCS, PLC etc. Exposure to work on Instrumentation Software like INTOOLS & CONVAL etc. is desirable

j. Electrical – Engineering Degree in:  Electrical – Candidate should have experience in Design & engineering of power supply/distribution system (High Voltage / Low Voltage), power system protection, illumination system, earthing system, etc. Procurement of electrical equipments/materials like HT/LT switchgears, transformers, UPS, Inverter, battery & battery chargers, motors, variable speed drives, generators, cables, lighting materials, earthing materials, etc., Equipment sizing, Preparation of technical specifications for procurement of electrical equipments, erection BOQ & NIT, etc., Preparation & Interpretation of Electrical Drawings, Classification of hazardous area from electrical installation point of view, Familiarisation with national & international standards & codes (IS, IEC, IEEE etc.) Knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD and electrical software like ETAP etc. will be preferred.

k. IT – Diploma/ITI in Computer Science – The candidate should have working experience in support/ maintenance of PCs, Printers and related Hardware. Must have Good knowledge of Windows Operating System. The candidate should have Hardware troubleshooting skills, excellent knowledge of IT hardware equipments , computer networking and related equipment, and various hardware systems. Experience in installing and configuring IT hardware and software, resolving user issues etc. Should have a keen interest in technology and the rapid changes and developments in the industry.
