Applications through online mode are invited from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State possessing the prescribed academic/professional qualifications and age for the posts of Assistant Professor(Lecturer)/Lady Medical Officer/Casualty Medical Officer/Medical Record Officer in Government Medical College, Baramulla, Anantnag, Kathua, Doda & Rajouri in Health & Medical Education Department as per the categorywise break-up tabulated below:
b) Date of commencement for submission of online applications = 19.01.2018
c) Last date for submission of online applications = 19.02.2018
d) Last date for submission of fee/bank challan = 21.02.2018
Age as on 1st January 2018:
Minimum = 18 Years
Maximum = 40 Years
Physically Challenged candidates = 42 years
Candidates belonging to RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC categories = 43 years
Candidates in Govt. Service (in respect of candidates = 45 years already working in H&ME Department)
Ex-serviceman = 48 years
Note:
1. In terms of the Government Order No. 102-GAD of 2007 dated 27.01.2007, the Contractual appointees shall be deemed to be in-service candidates so far as the upper age limit for direct recruitment to Government Service is concerned provided they subsist in contractual appointment as on the date of issue of advertisement.
2. Over-aged candidates having exceptional qualification relevant to the concerned subject may also apply at their own risk and responsibility without prejudice to the right of the Commission to reject their Application Form:
2. Scheme of Selection:
The eligibility shall be governed under Government Order No. 02-HME of 2018, 03- HME of 2018, 04-HME of 2018, 05-HME of 2018 & 06-HME of 2018 dated:01.01.2018 issued by the J&K Health & Medical Education Department under their endorsement no. ME/GAZ/150/2017, ME/GAZ/149/2017, ME/GAZ/151/2017, ME/GAZ/152/2017 & ME/GAZ/153/2017 dated 01.01.2018 respectively and the selection process shall be conducted in accordance with Rule 51 of Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 1980 as amended uptodate (Notification No. 07 -PSC (DR) of 2017 dated: 07.06.2017, available on the website of Commission i.e www.jkpsc.nic.in).
Examination/Interview Fee:
After successful submission of the form online, a challan will be generated indicating the basic details of the candidate which inter-alia shall indicate the amount of fee to be deposited in the J&K Bank branch as given below:-
General Category = Rs.805.00
Reserved Categories = Rs.405.00
The total amount of fee payable shall include Rs.05/- as service charges of the J&K Bank.
4. Venue for Interview:
Interview of the candidates will be held at the Headquarter of J&K PSC i.e Solina Srinagar or Resham Ghar Colony Bakshi Nagar Jammu as the case may be.
